Sacred Place

still relate to the previous post about shifting vibrations, one more way to be easily tuned to high vibrations IS creating sacred places  or sacred spaces.
That is, by creating a special room in our house especially for worship or meditation, comfortable room, well ventilated, away from electronic devices that emit appropriate electromagnetic frequencies or disturbing sound.
 We can enhance the vibrations of this place with sacred fragrances, religious artwork, mandalas, photos of spiritual teachers, etc.
From this place will later help us to more easily shifting from the messy vibrations to a harmonious and high vibration. It like the principle of tuning fork, a place with good vibration will resonate to our vibration.
Sacred place must have good vibration and healing sphere that is pure, holy and safe.
Much of our fear and pain derives from the feeling that the world is not a safe place for us, but within sacred place we wiil be protected.
When we sit, or pray, or meditate and contemplate in sacred place, we leave behind the affairs of ordinary life, the bustling world of meetings and schedules, and prepare to meet the Divine. Sacred place allows us to enter our quiet inner-world where healing takes place.
Sacred space also gives us access to the divine vibration who assist us from the Spirit world.

Creating Sacred Place

There are many ways to creating sacred sphere to honor the divine, to bring an intentionality to the space, to step out of the rush and grind of forward movement and into the sensation of the present moment.  Here are a few of mine.
  •  Say a prayer
  •  Incense
  • Calling spirit of ancestors and spiritual teacher for blessing the place
  • Chanting the mantra
  • Tawasul with wirid and shalawat (based sufism lineage)
  •  Sacred tone, singing bowl, or crystal bowl.
  • Keep sacred things, draw spiritual symbol, etc

Art Of Breath

The tradition around The Globe
What is interesting about the ancient traditions is that there are always patterns that resemble each other. For example in shamanism kahuna hawaiian tradition that there is a resemblance to the true self (inner self) in Javanese. And they also have a breath art that is piko piko. Again like two tantien point.
Until this day I believe this Hawaiian related Lemurian. Because some times when explore Hawaiian based concept always accidentally contact with Lemurian entity. Hawaii also has a tibet-like pattern that is big hat that has the same shape and color. But in terms of Tibetan shamanism there is similarity to whith persian traditions.

The art of breath
So indeed the shamanism traditions seems to have its own art of breath all ranging from indian, hawaiian, taoism, persian, tibetan and so on. Because  breathing is a very natural and easy way to explore the states of human consciousness.
One time I hear of the shamans breath technique branded with holotropic breath. It floods the brain with oxygen and then stops it within a certain time. It can lead to alter state or shamanic journey indian tribe.
Tantien (Dantian) is indeed the concept of Taoism, but if we look at the traditional martial art school in Indonesia many also processing energy at Lower Tantien point.
Even usui based reiki that I learned also pointed Tanden point too in exercise.
How about tibetan ??  I hear in tibet known as Sem-Ragpa, Sem-Trawa, Sem-Shintu-Trawa associated with three point of tantien.
gTumo or candali focused at the point Sem-Shintu-Trawa. So the next stage of gTumo is "dream yoga / milam" and "bardo". Having touched the point of latent consciousness "very subtle mind" Sem-Shintu-Trawa.

NEGATIVE RESIDUAL

NEGATIVE RESIDUAL ON THE THINGS

The negative residue is not only attached to the self and the auric field, we are due to our activities interact with the environment but it could also be this residue is already attached and exist in the objects we use, such as cars or motorcycles that have had an accident, or the used vehicle was purchased  from others who have a history of accidents will usually leave residue on the vehicle, if this not cleaned will trigger negative things and negatif incident occur.
In addition, it can happen to in places where have experienced traumatic events such as a fire or robbery or suicide, or other items such as mobile phones purchased from other people but do not know that the phone is the result of stolen and so on .
Even on new goods though, because not infrequently these new items still store the aura of uncomfortable storage in storage or the object was deliberately installed a certain aura when displayed as merchandise for attract  consumer.

NEGATIVE RESIDUAL ON THE PERSON


This residue apart from our interactions with the environment, can also be the rest of the internal process in our own energy system for example from the process of food processing to energy, or from the sedentary emotions that leave a residual, or the mistake of energy processing such as wrong exercise.
If in ayurveda it is known the term “AMA”, at a certain stage a very disturbed balance will result in damage or disease.
The existence of this AMA can be analyzed from the symptoms that arise.
Our bodies miraculously and naturally have an AMA disposal process, but in extreme conditions our bodies can not afford to throw this AMA naturally anymore, it could be because of a severe blocking / blockage channel, or due to damage to the circulatory system that has occurred.

In this condition to remove the AMA should be assisted with Clearing or Detoxification. Can be done independently with special techniques such as certain yoga or certain herbs or assisted by others who are experts in this regard.


Ramadhan is WBTB Pattern


soon Muslims will enter the month of Ramadan, without us realize we have practiced WBTB methode in our sleep pattern.
Yes for a whole month indirectly our diet and sleep patterns changed completely .. but whether you look at the effects that occur on our body than of course the hunger and sleepy in the day .. ?? :)
maybe you start thinking about this and so confused he.he ...
well for clue i love the question: "whether during this fasting month you become more often dream .. ?? especially on the second sleep (after dawn / dawn) ??" if yes congratulations. !! you have successfully practiced a very famous technique to trigger a dream lucid that is WBTB (Wake Back To Bed)

What is WBTB

WBTB  term of Wake Back To Bed, means we wake up then not long then continue to sleep again.
WBTB is a simple but very well known technique to trigger a conscious state in a dream (luciddream)
WBTB working principle is to change our sleep patterns, so we wake up when we should fall asleep and while we sleep the second session we go straight to REM condition when our awareness is still awake enough. This is what causes the dream to be clear and easy to remember even we can experience several dreams one after another. And if it was conditioned like this then the opportunity to stay awake in a dream condition (lucid dream) wide open.

WBTB Steps:

in theory the experts have formulated the steps to perform WBTB techniques are:
·         Sleep as usual in your normal hours of sleep, but set the alarm to wake up a few hours early before you wake up.
·         When you are awakened by an alarm, wake up and keep your brain awake for 20-60 minutes for example by watching tv, drinking coffee or tea, reading, writing or evening prayers.
·         Then go back to bed, relax your mind and go back to sleep.

Well if we observe the technique before it turns out we have been practicing during the month of Ramadan when eating meal. The perceived effects include increased quantity and quality of your dreams. although not necessarily you can directly do luciddream because it takes additional induction techniques.
